Part-time / full-time employee in order management (f / m / d)  

This is what awaits you:

• You are responsible for order management. You record, organize in SAP, order from our suppliers and coordinate delivery dates 

• You manage the ordering system and coordinate with our suppliers

• You are in constant contact with our customers, manage customer data and add new customers to the SAP system

• You create offers, invoices and the delivery documentation

• You design and manage the after-sales service

Your skills:

• Completed commercial training

• Professional experience in order processing is an advantage

• Well-founded MS Office and advantageously SAP knowledge

• Correct written and spoken German and English

• Initiative as well as independent and goal-oriented work
