But! Now it's getting sensitive, because how much price adjustment can your customer take? The answer to this is as simple as it is complicated: How much price is the product or service worth to the customer? We'll see! This can be a possible answer, but it is usually bitterly acknowledged by customers and, in the worst case, can lead to customer loss.
